ADJ Undergraduate Major wins ASIS Chapter Matching Scholarship

Congratulations to Christine Imperato for winning the 2010 ASIS Foundation's Chapter Matching Scholarship.

Founded in 1955, ASIS International is an organization for security professionals. It is "dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and productivity of security professionals by developing educational programs and materials that address broad security interests, such as the ASIS Annual Seminar and Exhibits, as well as specific security topics."

Christine is well-deserving of this prestigious award. She is an outstanding student and permanent fixture on the Dean's List at Mason. She  is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Mason's Administration of Justice Club.

Additionally, Christine is a founding member and Public Relations Officer for the (soon-to-be) student organization "Stand Out."  She is planning a career in law enforcement at the local or federal level.
