The committee will review the evidence on the effects of different forms of proactive policing on crime and disorder, discriminatory application, legality, and community reaction and receptiveness.

The first meeting of the committee is open to the public and will be held November 12-13, 2015 in Washington DC.  Additional information about the committee's charge and registration for the meeting is available here.
