Summer Qigong & Tai Chi

Johnson Center, Dance Studio (Ground floor across from Bistro)

This 45-minute practice will consist of Qigong and Tai Chi exercises, light Kungfu exercises, and gentle stretching. The meditative quality of these movements will be the main focus of instruction. Each practice will begin with a 5-10 minute discussion around the principles of these practices and participants will learn about their bodies from the inside out. Please wear stretchy clothes for your comfort.
