Discusses theories and practices of Chinese foreign policy decision making, which are then used to understand China's relations with United States, Japan, Russia, Europe, and its Asian neighbors, and China's policy in issues such as human rights, environmental protection, and nuclear nonproliferation. May not be repeated for credit.
