Ms. Ashworth is a trial attorney who started her career as an associate for Farrell and Croft, P.C. in Manassas, Virginia before opening up her own law practice concentrating in the areas of criminal and family law.  She was hired as the prosecutor for the City of Manassas Park and Haymarket as a private attorney; however, in 2005, she became an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney working for Paul B. Ebert in Prince William County.  As a prosecutor, she was assigned to the Special Victim's Unit and was responsible for the oversight, investigation and prosecution of rape, sexual assault of adults and children, physical abuse of children and domestic violence cases.  After 11 years and over 150 jury trials, Ms. Ashworth returned to the private practice of law, joining Farrell and Croft, P.C. as a partner.
