Family law and society

Catherine S. Croft has been a partner at the law firm of Farrell & Croft, P.C., since 1992, with an emphasis in family law, mediation, negotiation and litigation, and representation of both men and women.  Ms. Croft has been licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 1988.  She has been a presenter at various continuing legal education courses and has also presented seminars for the Women's Center.  She is the current President of the Prince William County Bar Foundation, Inc., the founding President of the Prince William County Chapter of the Virginia Women Attorneys Association (VWAA), and past member of the State VWAA Board of Directors.  Ms. Croft is a Commissioner in Chancery for the 31st Judicial Circuit and past conciliator for the Circuit and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts of Prince William County.
