The Department of Criminology, Law and Society is pleased to announce that two CLS majors, Tyler Figenbaum and Julianna Rollo, have received generous scholarships from the American Society of Industrial Security International's National Capital Chapter (ASIS).  ASIS is a worldwide organization dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and productivity of security professionals and supporting related educational programs.  Each year, ASIS recognizes the academic achievements of students in security management and administration of justice programs in area institutions, and usually selects one student from each nominating institution to receive a scholarship.  This year, both of Mason's nominees received scholarships because of their outstanding achievements.  Figenbaum and Rollo were recognized and received their awards at the ASIS Annual Scholarship Night on April 13.
