Congratulations to the Criminology, Law and Society Undergraduate Advising team - Elli Ambros, Kristin Tyburczy, and Olivia Inturias - all of whom were nominated for Mason's Academic Advisor of the Year Award! This award is given annually by the Center for Academic Advising, Retention, and Transitions (CAART) for excellence in undergraduate advising. Each year, students across the university vote for the advisor who has had a positive impact by: 1) demonstrating a caring and helpful attitude; 2) supporting student development; 3) providing accurate information; and 4) demonstrating knowledge of Mason regulations, policies, and procedures.
The CLS Department is pleased that the advising team has been recognized for their outstanding work and dedication to Mason students.
