Rudes receives Innovations in Teaching Award from ACJS

Danielle Rudes, an Associate Professor in the Criminology, Law and Society Department at George Mason University, has received the 2022 Ken Peak Innovations in Teaching Award from the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences.

This award honors criminal justice and criminology faculty members for innovative teaching methods. Dr. Rudes was recognized for her design of an Op-Ed assignment in her classes, whereby students produce a potentially publishable op-ed of approximately 1000-1500 words. Congratulations!
