Johnson and Redlich Participate in Wrongful Convictions Workshop

CLS Professors Devon Johnson and Allison Redlich participated in a recent workshop on wrongful conviction research, funded by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute of Justice. The workshop was organized by Prof. Redlich and colleagues at SUNY Albany, and brought together a diverse array of scholars to discuss issues that have not received significant attention in the research literature on wrongful convictions, including racial inequality, plea bargaining, misdemeanor convictions, and data limitations.  The agenda and a description of the workshop are available at the link to the right.
