Corey Amos

Corey was a congressional intern with Congressman Bob Goodlatte and Congresswoman Martha McSally where he greeted visitors, conducted front office tasks, provided tours of the capitol building, researched legislation, and attended briefings and hearings.

“I have had a passion for the law, but in college and law school, one focuses more so on the judicial administration of the law. Working on Capitol Hill allowed me to discover the underworkings of Congress first hand, in a way that cannot be taught in civics class. Furthermore, it provides an unparalleled networking opportunity with staff and interns alike.”
