Website Bios

Along with uploading your syllabi to the CLS website, you will also have a faculty bio page where you can add a photo of yourself and a brief description of your academic and professional accomplishments, so students can know you better. You can add these to your bio page by following these instructions:

1. Go to https://cls.gmu.edu  
2. Choose "People" from the home page (at the top), scroll to your name, and click to open your bio page.
3. Log in by clicking on the “Login” link on the bottom right side of the page where it says, “Is this you?” and enter your Mason ID and password.
4. Scroll down the page to "Biography" and type your short personal description in the text box.
5. On the right side under “Image,” click the “Choose File” button to insert an image of yourself.
6. Don't forget to "Save Changes". This is found on the right side under "Publishing Controls."
