Bojeong Kang is a doctoral student in the Department of Criminology, Law and Society at George Mason University. Her research interests focus on cybercrime and technology-facilitated sexual violence and abuse, with particular emphasis on online child sexual exploitation, risk assessment, and quantitative methods. Bojeong earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Northeastern University and her M.A. in Forensic Psychology from Kyonggi University in South Korea. She has gained research and policy experience through projects with government agencies and NGOs addressing child protection and online abuse, including work with ECPAT Korea. She currently serves as a graduate research assistant under Dr. Jin R. Lee.
