Timo is a doctoral student in the Department of Criminology, Law and Society at George Mason University. He received a Bachelor of Law at Shanghai University of Politics Science and Law in 2018 and a Master of Social Science at the University of Macau in 2020. He also passed the Chinese Bar exam. His research interests are Community Health, Health and Crime, Victimization (on minority groups), Pure Theory of Law, Quantitative Law Study, Justice Policy Evaluations, Theoretical Statistics, Statistical Modelling, Penology and Recidivism, and Mixed Research Methods. To deeper his knowledge of statistics and public health, he has also finished some graduate courses such as STAT 971: Probability Theory (statistics PhD advanced), STAT 652: Statistical Inference, and GCH 712: Introduction to Epidemiology.
