Transcripts
All employees teaching credit-bearing courses must submit an original, official copy of their highest degree earned (relevant to the subject being taught) to the hiring unit prior to their start date. Most universities offer an electronic transcript that can be sent via a secure link directly from the institution; this method is preferred. Electronic transcripts can be emailed to the Office Manager or an original sealed transcript can be mailed directly from the institution to: CLS Office Manager, 4400 University Drive, MS 4F4, Fairfax, VA 22030.
