Contracts

You will receive a contract stating the terms of your semester assignment from the Administrative Support Specialist about 2 months before the start of said semester (November/December timeframe for Spring courses, March/April timeframe for Summer courses, and June/July timeframe for Fall courses). After you sign the contract, your assignment will be entered into our employment system and you will gain access to your course in Canvas/Patriot Web. Payroll dates do not always correspond exactly to the start and end date of the semesters, so please pay attention to any notes highlighting those differences in the contract.
